Return Policy
- We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- We offer Paid Return shipping – The shipping fee of the return will be paid by the customer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: (ie. unused, with original contents, labels, and packaging). You will need to keep the digital proof of purchase email.
To request a return, please contact us at crownistabloom@gmail.com and send us:
- Specifications about the item(s) you would like to return (ex. Order number, Item names, size, etc...)
- Your digital proof of purchase email.
- A picture of the item(s) so we can confirm they are in good condition.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return & receiving confirmation will not be accepted. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return address to write on the package and instructions on how to send in your return.
Refunds
Once we have received your return, and it is confirmed to be in good condition, we will refund you the amount of the purchase(s) via your original method of payment within 10 days of us receiving your return item(s).
Customers within the European Union
Due to the European Union’s cooling-off period, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it (unused, with original contents, labels, and packaging). You will also need the digital proof of purchase email.
Non-Returnable Items
Some of our products may not be eligible for return, including but not limited to: gift cards, sale items, perishable goods & products, custom-made products, personal care goods, etc.... We also do not accept returns containing hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can properly evaluate the issue.
CrownistaBloom is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received a damaged order, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Modifications to the ‘Return & Refund Policy’ & Severability
CrownistaBloom may update or revise this policy from time to time to comply with changes in applicable laws or our business practices. Any updates or revisions will be posted on this page, and the ‘Last Updated’ date will be modified accordingly.
In the event that any provision of this Return & Refund Policy is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from the Return & Refund Policy, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
